Cultural day 2018
The cultural day 2018 of Our Jaffna Divisional Secretariat was affably held on December 13 at Cultural hall,Kurunager with the Presiding over of Mr.Ponnampalam Thayananthan ,Divisional Secretary,Jaffna.Mrs.Anjalithevi Shanthaseelan,the Seniour Assistant Secretary,Education Department ,Northern Province honored this occasion as a Chief Guest "Yarl Rathina Award"was provided to 7 Chosen Artists and as well " Elankalaignar Award"was provided to 7 chosen Artists on this day.
